Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA)

RCIA begins on Sunday, September 13, 2020! 2020-2021 Schedule Here (PDF)

RCIA classes are available to anyone who wishes to learn more about the Catholic faith. They are required for any adult wishing to be brought into the Catholic Church, both Candidates (baptized Christians who seek full communion with the Catholic Church through Confirmation and Holy Eucharist) and Catechumens (unbaptized persons who wish to join the Catholic Church through Baptism, Confirmation, and Holy Eucharist).

Classes take place on Sundays at 12:15pm during the school year. We are happy to provide lunch and textbooks to all who come.

During COVID-19, we are taking extra precautions, including social distancing, hand sanitizer, alcohol wipes for those who wish to wipe down surfaces, and disposable face masks for those who wish to use them. RCIA meets in the Great Hall (upper hall) of the Cathedral Life Center (CLC) on the Cathedral campus.
